  • User Testimonials

We may receive testimonials and comments from users who have had positive experiences with our Services. We occasionally publish such content. When we publish this content, we may identify our users by their social media account usernames and publish their social media account profiles. Social Media/Third-Party Login

Social media and third-party login allows you to use your existing login information from another social media site (such as Facebook) or third-party site (such as Google) to register with or log into our Sites.  Using a social or third-party login is not required.  You may also register or log in using your email address.  

• Facebook – If you register with our Services using Facebook, you authorize us to collect your basic profile information from Facebook, such as your name, email address and profile picture. This information is collected by Facebook and is provided to us under the terms of Facebook’s privacy policy.  You can control the data we receive from Facebook in the privacy settings within your Facebook account. 

• Google – If you register with our Services using your Google account, you authorize us to collect your Google email address, birthdate (optional), gender (optional), and avatar (optional).  This information is collected by Google and is provided to us under the terms of Google’s Privacy Policy.  You can control the data we receive from Google using your Google activity controls.     

Analytics 

Our Sites may use web analysis tools that are built into the Sites to measure and collect anonymous session information. 

Cookies 

Our Sites may use cookies and similar technologies, which are small files or pieces of text that download to a device when a visitor accesses a website. The information is collected to enhance the performance of the Sites and improve our visitors’ browsing experience.  If you are using one of the common Internet web browsers, you can set up your browser to either let you know when you receive a cookie or to deny cookie access to your computer.

Children’s Privacy & COPPA Compliance

Our privacy practices are designed to comply with the Children’s Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA), which protects the online privacy of children under the age of 13.  

• We do not make personal information collected from children publicly available, nor do we enable anyone using our Services to do so.

• We obtain parental/legal guardian consent prior to asking for personal information from a child under the age of 13.  This consent is first obtained by affirmatively clicking the “I Accept” link prior to registering for an Account.  Consent is then confirmed via the parent/legal guardian’s credit and/or debit card transaction when purchasing products or services from our Sites, including Coach Michelle Academy courses.  

• Parents/legal guardians may contact us at [email protected] to withdraw consent for the further collection of their child(ren)’s information at any time, or to review, update, or delete any of their child(ren)’s personal information that we may have collected. 

• If you are aware that we have collected personal information from a child under the age of 13 without parental/legal guardian consent, please contact us immediately at [email protected], and we will delete the data. 

Security 

We take reasonable security measures to protect against loss, misuse or unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration or destruction of the information you provide when visiting or using the Services. However, no exchange of data over the internet can be guaranteed as 100% secure, and we make no such guarantees.  We do not accept liability for any unintentional access, use, or disclosure of your information.

We do not share, rent, trade, sell, or otherwise transfer your personal information to outside parties for marketing, advertising, or other uses.  This does not include website hosting partners and other parties who assist us in operating our Sites or conducting our Services.

Payment

We use Paypal and Stripe, third-party payment processors, to process payments made to us. Payments are encrypted through the Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard (PCI-DSS).  Your purchase transaction data is stored only as long as is necessary to complete your purchase transaction. 

All direct payment gateways adhere to the standards set by PCI-DSS as managed by the PCI Security Standards Council, which is a joint effort of brands like Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover. 

PCI-DSS requirements help ensure the secure handling of credit card information by our Sites and related courses and its service providers.
