CMA: Stretch Edition is on-demand so anyone around the world can join virtually no matter what age or level. Coach Michelle Hong will lead you through 24 lessons that include specific exercises and stretches to help you achieve moves like the Camel, Spiral, Beillmann, etc.
CMA: Stretch Edition is an 8-week course that will garner the best results when done chronologically. Fortunately, if your schedule is busy, you can do classes at your own time and your own pace. You have access to the entire course for 1 full year so feel free to go back and review anytime, anywhere!
CMA: Stretch Edition starts as soon as you register! This on-demand course is perfect for busy skaters of all ages and levels. Take your time completing the course if you need more than just the 8 weeks.
CMA: Stretch Edition is built for everyone so beginners and elite skaters are welcome! Coach Michelle Hong has a wealth of experience working with athletes of all ages and levels. Her patient encouraging spirit truly makes you feel like you can do anything. She provides modifications to certain skills and encourages you to listen to your body throughout the course. If you need to take a pause to rest, please do so.
CMA: Stretch Edition is $500. When you sign up, you will receive a comprehensive 8-week course curriculum with a class focused on a specific skating element each week. Each class is split into 3 lessons to promote rest and recover. In total, the course consists of 7.5 hours of speciality knowledge to help you develop strength, flexibility, body awareness, proper alignment, and skating technique from Coach Michelle Hong.
